SPACEGGZ is a private sport management company based in Dubai. We book events and build tournaments across the Middle East — so you can focus on the fun part: winning, then telling everyone about it.
* All business conducted on Earth (for now). Attitude imported from orbit.
Mission briefing · 01
SPACEGGZ was founded in 2020 by brothers Alexander and Ivan Pashigin — two humans convinced that great sport experiences shouldn't require negotiating with seven different WhatsApp groups and a fax machine. Today the mothership is parked in Dubai.
We are an outsourced sport management firm: sport event management and everything in between, delivered across the Middle East with the precision of a rocket launch and the sense of humour of a locker room.
Cargo bay · 02
Full-service sport operations across the Middle East. Declare your payload — we clear it through customs, sweat included.

Wormhole Travel
Fixtures, hotels, transfers, visas, protein shakes. Your team shows up ready to play; we make the logistics disappear like a good magician. Or a bad goalie.
Arena Domination
Brackets, referees, medals, sponsors, afterparties. We build tournaments people train for — and talk about for whole seasons afterwards.
Crew Bonding Protocol
Team building with zero trust falls. Corporate leagues, game nights, chess tournaments featuring genuine, adult-rated trash talk.
Pixel Nebula
EA FC nights, racing sims, chess blitz arenas. Controllers are the new hockey sticks — and yes, there is a trophy. A real one. It sparkles.
Star Fleet Registry
Contracts, appearances, sponsorships. We handle the boring paperwork so athletes can handle the scoreboard. Lawyers cry tears of joy.
You ping us. We answer fast. Even mid-shootout.
A plan and a quote within 48 Earth hours.
We run the whole operation. You just show up.
Report, receipts and serious bragging rights.

Quarterly strategy session. One director suggested we “agree to disagree.” The disagreement is still being litigated by the boards department. Motion carried — literally, into the glass. Refreshments were served.
Minutes: unsigned. Grudge: eternal.
Coach presented the quarterly OKRs to the squad: play hard, die young, baby face no more, dominate. HR asked us to clarify “die young.” We clarified: it means hydrate. Morale has never been higher. Hydration either.
Whiteboard preserved in HQ lobby.
Annual summit with our fiercest rival ended in a handshake, a cigar and one (1) symbolic black eye. Zero minutes recorded, one binding partnership formed. The apple juice was ceremonial. The respect was mutual. The rematch is scheduled.
Treaty status: active. Egos: bruised.
Our new goalie describes himself as “mostly cactus, professionally.” Saves everything except compliments. Clean sheets: yes. Small talk: absolutely not. Opponents now shoot politely and apologize afterwards.
Glove hand: registered weapon.
Post-season debrief at HQ lounge. Menu: Asteroid Apple Juice, Galaxy Ginger Ale, Nebula Lemonade, Martian Mint Tea, Black Hole Milkshake. Client left satisfied. The waitress was outstanding. The DJ alien? Unreasonably good. Expenses approved by everyone, eventually.
Black Hole Milkshake count: [REDACTED].

Two brothers based in Dubai who looked at sport management in the Middle East and said: “we can do this — with better snacks.”
Co-Founder · Chief Flight Director
Negotiates venue contracts like a face-off specialist: calm face, iron grip, sudden explosion of speed. Undefeated in overtime. Allegedly once settled a dispute with a single raised eyebrow.
A decade of sport operations across the Gulf and a contact list that answers on the first ring.
Co-Founder · Head of Mission Control
Runs tournaments the way NASA runs launches: checklists, countdowns, zero accepted failures. His spreadsheets have their own gravitational pull. His chess trash talk is legally classified.
Built tournament pipelines for clubs, corporates and federations — on time, on budget, on record.
Between them: 14 whistles, one very serious Gulf-wide contact list, and a shared calendar that has never — not once — said “let’s postpone.”
Incoming signals · 06
Intercepted chatter from Earth stations we work with. Reprinted with permission and mild embarrassment.
“They booked us a rink in 40°C heat. In August. The ice was perfect, our captain cried, and not from the heat.”

“Our corporate padel league has a waiting list longer than the IT ticket queue. HR calls it “retention strategy”.”

“Flights, hotel, bus, visas — sorted before I finished my karak. We arrived as a team, not as a luggage claim.”
Coach R. Al-Mansouri

“The tournament ran so on schedule that our sponsor asked if the clock was broken. It was not. It was SPACEGGZ.”

“I asked for a “small esports night”. They built an arena, hired casters and gave me a trophy I cannot fit in my flat.”

“Our athlete’s contract had a clause about “emotional support llamas”. SPACEGGZ caught it. There are no llamas.”

Our offices are firmly on Earth — Dubai, to be precise. Our standards, turnaround times and afterparty stamina originate from considerably further out. The UFO in the logo is aspirational, not a company vehicle. Yet.
Ice hockey, football, padel, tennis, golf, chess, esports, MMA and beyond. If it involves keeping score, we can manage it. If it involves keeping score in space, we are legally required to say “not yet.”
Headquartered in Dubai, with missions across the UAE and the wider Middle East. Mars is pending regulatory approval and slightly better coffee.
Yes — from an 8-person padel social to a 500-player corporate tournament. The bigger the payload, the louder the launch. You bring the people; we bring everything else, including medals and dignity recovery.
Because “Sport Management Company” lacked a UFO. Also because we take sport deadly seriously — just not ourselves. The G’s are silent. Kidding. Nothing about us is silent.
